Good Reads

This past year I enrolled in the "Church & Para Church Executive Leadership" track of the Doctor of Ministry program at Denver Seminary.  The courses thus far have been extremely applicable to my role at LEI.  I get to read approximately 10 books for each summer and winter week intensive.  I've been asked to share some of my favorites, so here are my top choices.

From the course "Leading Change":
Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard: by Chip and Dan Heath. Random House, 2010.
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: by Lencioni, Patrick. Jossey-Bass, 2002.

From "Becoming a Leader Who Can Effectively Lead":
Truefaced. by Bill Thrall, Bruce McNicol, and John Lynch. Colorado Springs: NavPress, 2004.
Leadership and Self-Deception:  Getting out of the Box., Institute, The Arbinger.  San Francisco: Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Inc., 2010.
Overcoming the Darkside of Leadership.Rima, Gary L. McIntosh and Samuel D. Grand Rapids: Baker Books, 2007.

I hope you enjoy the read.
